Bespoke premium 1:1 transformational coaching and consulting packages are offered in the range $2k - $150k depending the needs and requirements of the client.

The process for consideration of 1:1 services begins with a $5k strategic assessment to explore the alignment of working together and identify the potential areas of focus for the clients transformational development.

 

A strategic assessment comprises -

 

• review of current writing, video, business and/or branding collateral;

​

• two 60-90min 1:1 sessions to evaluate the client's current transformational needs and areas for maximum growth potential;

​

• delivery of a written presentation outlining recommendations for growth, which can be taken and used independently by the client to guide their own self-directed development, and/or be used as the map for coaching with Gem.

 

Please note:

Although Gem currently delivers premium 1:1 services, a group coaching program and packaged online trainings are under development to ensure Gem's performance methodology "the artistry of the impossible" is accessible across all income levels.
